Redesign Inc. is a geographically-based nonprofit Community Development Corporation working in the five neighborhoods of Greater Longfellow in Minneapolis, MN. Our service area is bounded by Hiawatha Avenue (west), I-94 (north), and the Mississippi River (east).
The Historic Coliseum Building is an 80,000 square foot office and retail building located in Downtown Longfellow. This Historic structure has long been a destination for community commerce. Today, we have renovated it into a beacon for BIPOC entrepreneurs and small businesses.
